Introduction to Home Ec for boys, student book

This course includes basic cooking and clothing care techniques. Cleanliness and safe handling of food are emphasized. The students learn to follow recipes, set a table correctly, serve a meal and clean up afterwards, as well as practice table manners and conversation. They will also learn how to launder, hang and fold clothing, press a shirt and pants, sew on a button, and repair a tear. Each step is illustrated with diagrams that are easy to follow.
